Very rare 

Created by Legislative Decree No 26, on 9 May, 1983; a Lebanese commemorative medal for military personnel of the Multinational Forces and Peacekeeping Forces in Lebanon, issued in three classes:
• First Class gilt – for Commanding Officers
• Second Class silvered – for officers & Assistant Officers
• Third Class bronze – for all other ranks
Due to financial and technical difficulties, it was canceled by Law No 198 dated 18 February, 1993

بموجب المرسوم الاشتراعي الرقم 26 تاريخ 9 ايار / مايو 1983 أُنشىء وسام لبناني تذكاري للعسكريين التابعن للقوات المتعددة الجنسيات، ولقوات حفظ السلام في لبنان وهو بثلاث درجات:
درجة أولى: وسام مذهّب
درجة ثانية: وسام فضي
درجة ثالثة: وسام برونزي
وبالنظر إلى الصعوبات المالية والتقنية والعملية فقد أُلغي بالقانون الرقم 198 تاريخ 18 شباط / فبراير 1993
