Created by Legislative Decree No 26, on 9 May, 1983; a Lebanese commemorative medal for military personnel of the Multinational Forces and Peacekeeping Forces in Lebanon, issued in three classes:
• First Class gilt – for Commanding Officers
• Second Class silvered – for officers & Assistant Officers
• Third Class bronze – for all other ranks
Due to financial and technical difficulties, it was canceled by Law No 198 dated 18 February, 1993made by Arthus Bertrand Paris
