A rare opportunity to get a certificate for the 2nd class as most awarded classes are 1st and 4th in addition to the certificate for the medal of Palestine 1948 and both for the same receiver: Leader, Doctor Abdel Kader Sabbagh – Director of the health department in the Syrian army
