Instituted by Decree 13294, on 4 October, 1948; issued in one class to commemorate Lebanon’s role in the campaign of five Arab countries (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt) against Israel to free Palestine.
It is granted to all military personnel (Officers and Individuals) who have participated or contributed to the military actions in Palestine

أُنشئت بموجب المرسوم الرقم 13294 تاريخ 4 تشرين الأول / أكتوبر سنة 1948 وهي بدرجة واحدة فقط، لتخليد دور لبنان في الحملة العسكرية للدول الخمس العربية (لبنان، سوريا، الأردن، العراق ومصر) ضد إسرائيل لتحرير فلسطين.

تُمنح لجميع العسكريين (من ضباط وصفوف ضباط وأفراد) الذين اشتركوا أو ساهموا في الأعمال الحربية في فلسطين.
