A rare to find certificate for the Medal of Palestine, the first Arab Israeli war in 1948

The certificate is around 33 cm in high

The medal was instituted by Decree 13294, on 4 October, 1948; issued in one class to commemorate Lebanon’s role in the campaign of five Arab countries (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt) against Israel to free Palestine.
It is granted to all military personnel (Officers and Individuals) who have participated or contributed to the military actions in Palestine.

     A very rare ribbon bar for a Lebanese officer who served in Lebanon and got training in various countries where he obtained those medals below and that was back in the late 1940’s up till late 1980’s:
